Terms of Service Effective date: 3 June 2026 Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Letak application ("App", "Service"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. About Letak Letak is a free, independent application that aggregates promotional leaflets published by retail stores operating in the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia). Letak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any of the retailers whose content is displayed. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. 3. The Service 3.1 What We Provide Letak fetches and displays publicly available promotional leaflets from participating retailers. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that leaflet prices, promotions, or availability are up to date at any given moment. Always verify current offers directly with the retailer. 3.2 Location Features The App may request access to your device's location to show your position on the map and calculate the distance from you to nearby stores. Location access is entirely optional — the map and store list are fully functional without it. We do not store your location anywhere outside your device. 3.3 Availability We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. 4. Intellectual Property 4.1 Retailer Content All leaflet images, prices, and promotional materials displayed in Letak remain the intellectual property of the respective retail chains. Letak obtains this content through publicly available means. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any retailer content without the prior written consent of the relevant retailer. 4.2 App Code and Design The Letak application itself, including its source code, interface design, and branding, is the property of the Letak development team and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to copy, modify, or distribute the App beyond what is permitted by law. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose - Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download leaflet content in bulk - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law - Interfere with or disrupt the servers or infrastructure that power the Service - Use automated tools to generate excessive load on our servers 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that leaflet information is accurate, complete, or current. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Letak and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: - Your use of or inability to use the Service - Inaccurate or outdated leaflet information - Any purchase decisions made based on content displayed in the App Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free of charge). 8. Third-Party Links and Content The App may display links or references to third-party websites (e.g. retailer websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms before interacting with them. 9. Changes to the Service and Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, displaying a notice in the App. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. 11.
